Vivo launched its new smartphone named “Vivo V15 Pro” in India. Vivo V15 Pro is a mid-range smartphone with a triple rear camera, front selfie pop-up mechanism and on-screen fingerprint sensor. The pop-up selfie camera is situated at the top edge along with the 3.5mm headphone jack. The bottom edge contains the charging port, the SIM card tray and the speaker grill. The bezels are impressively thin similar to Vivo Nex.
For imaging, there is a triple rear camera with a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary sensor with an ultra-wide angle lens and a third 5MP sensor for depth sensing. It has a 48MP sensor with 0.8µm pixels. It has an f/1.8 aperture and Super Night Mode that stacks several photos with different exposure to enhance the clarity of dark images.
Vivo V15 Pro is the first smartphone to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC, which is combined with 6GB and 128 GB of internal storage capacity. The Vivo V15 Pro also have a 6.39-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Ultra Fullview display along with on-screen fingerprint scanner. There is a 3,700mAh battery with “Dual Engine” fast charging technology. The device runs on FunTouch based on Android Nougat software update system.
The Vivo V15 Pro is available in Topaz Blue and Coral Red. Talking about the pricing, the Vivo V15 Pro is priced at INR 28,990. It will be available for pre-booking and go on sale on March 6, 2019. The smartphone will be available via online channels as well as offline channels. Vivo tied up with HDFC Bank to offer 5% cashback on using a credit or debit card, free one-time screen replacement and no cost EMI options.
