Xiaomi unveiled its first ever laptop Mi Notebook Air, last year in July. It was later upgraded to a 4G version. Now, the company has again revamped it with all the new features. Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air is a 13.3-inch laptop with 7th-gen Intel Core i5 and i7 processor and Windows 10. It now comes with NVIDIA 2GB GDDR5 GeForce MX150 graphics card and a fingerprint sensor is also announced. The fingerprint sensor will be placed on the trackpad and therefore will help you in unlocking your laptop in just 2 seconds.

Mi Notebook Air sports a 13.3-inch Full HD 16:9 display with 1920 x 1080 pixels of resolution. Furthermore, it has a 170-degree wide viewing angle. The brightness and contrast ratios are 300 nits and 800:1 respectively with 72 percent NTSC color gamut. The storage capacity of Mi Notebook Air is 8G DDR4 2133MHz RAM, 256GB PCle x 4 NVMeSSD / 128GB SATA SSD with an additional SSD slot for expanding the memory. It has a 1MP HD webcam and a digital array microphone.
The connectivity options offered are Wi-Fi 802.11ac 2 x 2 and Bluetooth 4.1. Along with this, it also sports a 2 x USB 3.0 port, HDMI, and USB Type-C. This laptop has a dimension of 309.6 x 210.9 x 14.8mm and weighs 1.28kg (classic) and 1.3kg (fingerprint). , if we talk about the sound, this laptop has a 3.5mm audio jack, Realtek ALC255, AKG-tunes dual speakers and Dolby audio. The battery backup is 40Wh with fast charging technology and claims a 9.5h battery life. This laptop only comes in silver color as of now.
Price and Availability:
Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air Intel Core i5 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at 4,999 yuan which is approx 47,980 (US$ 735). The other one with Intel Core i5 with 8GB RAM and 256GB PCle SSD variant is priced at 5,499 yuan which is approx 52,130 INR (US$ 808). It will be available for purchase from 18th June. However, we don’t have any information about the price and availability of the high-end Intel Core i7 with 8GB RAM and 256GB PCle SSD variant.
