Few month ago, Nokia launched Nokia 5 with offers 2GB RAM. Now they have introduced a new variant of the Nokia 5. The only change with the new variant is that it comes with 3GB RAM instead of 2GB. The Nokia 5 with 3GB RAM is priced at INR 13,499 and will be available in various colour options including Matte Black, Silver, Tempered Blue and Copper. Nokia 5 is listed on Flipkart with some offers. These include no cost EMI option starting from Rs 1,500 per month. Other EMIs begin from Rs 655 per month. There is a special discount of Rs 1,800 as well. Reliance Jio users who buy the ‘new’ Nokia 5 will get 5GB of 4G data on every recharge of ₹309 or above, limited to 10 recharges till 31st August 2018.
“Nokia 5 has already forged a reputation for being a beautifully crafted phone which punches well above its weight,” said Ajey Mehta, vice president India, HMD Global at the launch of the new Nokia 5 variant. “Now we have added more memory so fans can get enhanced performance in the same precision engineered design.”
The Nokia 5 sports a 5.2-inch IPS LCD display that comes with HD(720×1280 pixels) display. The display is coated with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass. It features a seamless aluminium 6000 series body. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with Adreno 505 GPU to handle the graphics. This new Nokia 5 comes with 3GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card of up to 128GB. Talking about sensors, the device comes with Accelerometer, ambient sensor, E-compass gyro sensor, proximity sensor and the front facing fingerprint sensor. Camera-wise, it includes a 13-megapixel f/2.0 aperture lens on the rear with dual-tone LED flash. The front facing camera comes with 8-megapixel, 84-degree wide-angle lens. The device measures 149.7×72.5×8.05 mm and houses a 3000 mAh non-removable battery. In connectivity department, Nokia 5 has micro-USB port with USB OTG support, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, and WiFi.
