On Tuesday, 3 October 2017, Huawei Terminal brand Honor rolled out a new budget smartphone in India called the Honor Holly 4. It is a part of its Holly series. The device features a metallic design. It has a fingerprint sensor, along with a 13-megapixel camera. The device apart from running EMUI 5.1 and is based on the Android 7.0 Nougat update system. The handset will be made available for purchase from all the Honor partner stores, which are offline, across India from today itself.

The Honor Holly 4 is priced at 11,999 INR. The handset will be made available in its Grey, Gold and silver variants. The company is lauding the partnering of earphones with an in-line remote with the smartphone, which is apart from the charger and the data cable., “Holly 4 is part of our festive offering to consumers wanting to buy a great device in a budget. Sporting a sleek, elegant metallic design with a fast fingerprint sensor we are confident that this smartphone will be a big winner,” commented P Sanjeev, who is the Vice President of – Sales, Huawei Consumer Business Group India.
Honor Holly 4 Specs and Features
Honor Holly 4 is dual-SIM phone, which runs on the company’s EMUI 5.1 operating system. This system is based on Android 7.0 Nougat. The device sports a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. Furthermore, it is fueled by a Snapdragon 430 SoC (four of the Cortex-A53 cores are clocked at 1.4GHz and the remaining four are clocked at 1.1GHz, respectively). It is coupled with 3GB of RAM. The mobile displays a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a dual-LED flash and PDAF. It also has a 5-megapixel front camera for perfect selfies. The device runs on a 3020mAh battery. You can avail 32GB of inbuilt storage on the Honor Holly 4. The memory can be expanded via microSD card for up to 128GB.
Connectivity options in the device are 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.1, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and OTG support. Sensors available are an accelerometer, and proximity sensor, ambient light sensor.
