Action camera maker, GoPro has released the Karma stabilization solution for the US market. The same has been put on sale on GoPro.com and offline retail stores. Price for the Karma without a GoPro camera is $799.99 and Karma bundled with HERO5 Black for $1099.99 .Speaking about Karma, GoPro Founder and CEO, Nick Woodman said, “Karma is the ultimate aerial, handheld and wearable stabilization solution for the GoPro community. As the consumer drone market continues to grow, Karma delivers the most versatile solution at a very accessible price.”The Karma is a one in all solution and can be used as a handheld and can even be placed on one’s body. The main USP of Karma is capturing smooth and stabilized videos while doing any activity. It also comes with a game-style controller with an integrated touch display, cutting down the need for a separate phone or tablet to see what the drone can see. The Drone concept was initially launched last year but had certain glitches which made the battery drop in mid-way during the flight. The same has been reworked with this update. Giving it a Hollywood touch, Karma features several preset flight pattern like dronie, orbit, reveal and cable cam easy to execute for even a beginner. The Karma solution is expected to be launched in India by the end of this year and stay tuned tot thetechy.com for a review of the same. We were in Goa recently to test the new Hero 5 Black.
