Karan leads Partnerships and Business Development for Google Play in India. He has been with Google for over 5 years, having run a few ad businesses in the past. He has also previously run the telecom business for One97 Communications (now Paytm).

His stint with startups locally and globally helped him build a diverse sphere of skills that gives him an impeccable strategic foresight. Other than being the head of Corporate Strategy, M&A and Data Sciences at Viacom18, Sid has an immeasurable love for nature and wildlife.
Amitesh Rao has a 22-year management career spanning branding, communications, consumer marketing and business leadership roles in global corporates and as a entrepreneur. He currently leads TBWA India’s North and national digital operations.
Prior to this, Amitesh has played steering roles on several large brands including Pepsi, Airtel, MTS, Nescafe, Maggi, Bacardi, etc. He has extensive experience with building brand strategy, as well as implementing marketing programmes spanning mainline media, digital, mobile, innovation platforms and sponsorship assets.
His advertising experience includes stints at McCann, JWT and Y&R. He also has client-side experience in marketing and business leadership roles across telecom, software, e-commerce and gaming.
Ramesh Somani, an MBA from Fore School of Management & Nottingham Trent University, UK, started his career with Amet & Ladoue, an Indo-French Brand as a Brand Manager. There, he was responsible for expanding the brand presence in Europe and America. But being a techy at heart, he soon jumped into entrepreneurship at a young age of 23 with Mobile charging stations. Over 5,000 charging stations were sold and set up in mid to large corporates sectors and public utility areas such as Airports, Clinics, Shopping malls across India. Some media space were also monetized.
Furthermore, he started “Exhibit Technologies Pvt Ltd” in May 2005, a company under which he launched “Exhibit Magazine” which is today India’s Premier Tech Magazine along with thetechy.com, thewheelz.com and other IPs like “Tech Fashion Tour”, “Tech Awards”, “Leaders in Tech” and “100 Hottest Start-ups”.

Abhishek Agarwal is the Head of Digital and eSports business of SMAAASH. He holds a Management degree from IIM Kolkata. He is an ex-Googler and ex-entrepreneur with more than 12 of years of experience across Marketing and Business Leadership. He is responsible for heading SMAAASH marketing, mobile gaming and eSports business, spearheading initiatives towards digital and second screen consumer engagement.
