Game of Thrones Tech Fantasy: Winter is Here!

Game of Thrones

This year has exceptionally been longer than previous years simply because Winter couldn’t come fast enough, but season seven of Game of Thrones is finally here, and it is edging closer to at last getting aired. Though, by God’s grace, season six didn’t end on an ‘Is Jon Snow dead?’ thriller, there’s still a plethora of events left to uncover in the show of ‘tits, wines, and dragons.’

Winter is Here

For all those who are new to the cult, Game of Thrones is an adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire, George R. R. Martin’s series of fantasy novels, the first of which is A Game of Thrones. The TV series is an American fantasy drama television series created and produced by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. Filmed across various locations in Europe and Northern America, the series first premiered on HBO in April 2011. Its sixth season ended on June 26, 2016. Now, GoT is all set to premiere on July 16, 2017, and it will soon enough conclude with its eighth season in either 2018 or 2019.

Game of Thrones spans from the south, where the hot weather rouses plots, lust, and curiosity, to the far-reached barbaric east, where a young queen gathers an army. In the frozen north, the massive ice wall functions to protect the first men from the white walkers and the night king that lie beyond the wall. Kings, queens, liars, honest men, bastards and savages, all play the game of thrones.

Where Fantasy meets Tech

With Games of Thrones’ gigantic fan base, its exceptional production values, and the scrutiny that is placed on the visual effects across the series, it was essential for its makers to mesmerize their viewers with overwhelming and breathtaking VFX.

The Dragons are going to be Colossal

Game of Thrones is phenomenally popular in part, thanks to its monstrous production value. You can expect the dragons, especially this year, to be super, super huge. Drogon (the Dany’s oldest dragon) is the biggest of the bunch — his flame is 30-feet in diameter! Well, we are happy to see that HBO is using all the production money wisely!

Stay tuned for more updates!
