Recently NVIDIA announced its new graphics Card based on Pascal architecture. Quickly GALAX announced their own version of NVIDIA’s new GeForce GTX 1070 Ti. Like all the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti graphics cards, the clock speeds are of similar set 1607MHz base and 1683MHz boost. However, both GALAX EX models packs with custom cooling solutions and VRM which should help the system achieve better performance.
GALAX GeForce GTX 1070Ti EX-SNPR White
This particular card features a semi-custom design, meaning there is a reference PCB, which has been combined with a custom cooler. In the case of the cooler GALAX is making use of a dual-fan model, featuring the usual, densely packed fin stack as well as several heat pipes. It also got a white paint job and so does the backplate, which is apparently on the cards flip-side. The fans measure 90mm in diameter and there are a few heat pipes. Suiting the colour scheme there is white illumination on board. Talking about the specs, the GALAX decided to ship the GTX 1070 Ti White with the same frequency as NVIDIA’s Founders Edition. There are three DisplayPort and one HDMI outlet.
The base clock of the GPU is 1607 MHz and Boost Clock is up to 1683 MHz. Currently, the card is priced at INR 44,500 and it comes with 3 years warranty.
GALAX GeForce GTX 1070Ti EX
If you prefer a darker look, GALAX GTX 1070 Ti EX is the GPU which has a slight upgrade from the reference FE model. It comes in black colour body with RGB fans. The base clock speed of the GALAX GTX 1070 Ti is 1607 MHz. The typical Boost Clock speed is 1683 MHz. The Boost Clock speed is based on the average GeForce GTX 1070 Ti card running a wide variety of games and applications. Display outputs include one HDMI, one DVI and three DisplayPort connectors. One 8-pin PCIe power connector is required for operation. The card is priced at INR 43,000 and it comes with 3 years warranty.
