The company revealed that the company has generated over Rs 200 crores in just five minutes, though POCO has not disclosed the number of units sold. With the current number and the additional publicity, the company might break its own record.
With the recent launch of Poco F1, the flagship segment has been dwindling as the Poco F1 is the first phone with the cheapest phone with a Snapdragon 845 chip. The company did not stop here, they have also included liquid cooling and even an infrared camera to use face recognition in dark scenarios which is one of a kind feature.
The are three variants of the Poco F1 with varying storage and RAM. The base variant of Poco F1 comes is priced at Rs 20,999, it comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The second variant comes with 6GB of RAM and a storage of 128GB, and it is priced at Rs 23,999. The third variant which is priced at Rs 28,999 comes with 8GB RAM and 256 GB of storage. The fourth and special Armoured Edition has a similar configuration and a storage of 256GB. What sets it apart is the Kevlar-coated back. This model is priced at Rs 29,999.
For a new company, Poco has done exceptionally well with its first device creating a huge impact on the budget segment as well as flagship segment after its initial launch across the globe. While giving a tough competition to OnePlus which has always been touted as the flagship killer, Poco has the potential of overthrowing the OnePlus and taking its place as the new Flagship killer.
