Facebook Watch, the social media giant’s own video content streaming service is now making its presence worldwide. The company announced in a blog post that the service will be available along with the Creator Studio to help monetise and increase engagements with followers.
With the rise of online streaming services, the social media giant too launched Facebook Watch. The service was initially launched only in the US, with many major content creators signing up to launch original contents for Facebook Watch.
With Creative Studio, users are provided with an overview of their video performance and reach as well as revenue generation. The tool allows users to include ad breaks into video content either at the beginning or midway through the video. The blog post also mentioned that ad breaks feature was rolling out to 4 more regions.
Facebook has been constantly adding new features and bringing in new products to the public. The company included stickers on Instagram to compete with Snapchat while also taking on Twitch with the launch of Facebook Gaming.
Millions of users are now spending hours viewing videos and online content. This has been possible with the launch of affordable data packs at higher bandwidths. Similarly, users signing up for Netflix and similar streaming services are also on the rise.
